Review:
I know I'm late as hell and I like to break the overall atmosphere of the film, but this movie was great when I saw it in the theater and gets better every time I look at him again. And this is mainly due to the performance of Denzel and Ethan. Do not know what you expected, but the movie CLEARLY suggests that Denzel is a crooked out, burned, street cop and Ethan is a wet-behind the ears rookie clueless. So knowing that, what I would expect, Malcolm X, Titans, Hurricane? If you were, then maybe you still have to be checked. The reason why this movie was so well is that it was not typical Denzel film model. We know he can play these roles as a testament to his acting ability that he can not describe the other side of the spectrum. And my hat goes off to Ethan as he jumps Denzel flawlessly.I like to break the news to you, but policemen Alonzo is out and should be recognized. Acting as the problem is not solve it. You need not go so deeply to know that Alonzo was once a good cop who just got fed up w / police procedural. If you recognize that mind Jakes early superficial film only allow you to watch the fun things to do detective and how the development of the day he turns, you really appreciate Ethan's portrayal of him. Let's face it, a bad day at the office when you're a drug detective is very different from that of an executive office and may motivate different voltages at different results.Even rhetoric was genuine.
