Ashaming Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences never realized what a brilliant actor Jim Carrey actually. The no explanation for him not getting an Oscar for the Truman show, there is no reason to not even nominate him for the Truman show and man on the moon. Like the Academy Awards, most of the time it was a natural thing, but in that year it was a disaster. How else can you explain that in Saving Private Ryan, The Thin Red Line, and of course the most boring Truman Show movie of all time and the grim Shakespeare in Love won eight, repeat eight Oscars and see Truman get one? I think it's because Jim has done so much comedy, no one really knows what hard work means a comedy. This ashaming Academy sometimes still driven by outdated prejudices. For me, Jim Carrey is the largest and most versatile actors in the world! And the greatest acting performance of The Truman Show I've ever seen on screen. Ready!
