Review:
Oh yes, this is a chick-flick. One that shows a good showcase Zac Efron has been a heck of a hunk is! Also you can never, ever find anything wrong with any performance turned in by Blythe Danner. She is perfect in every role I've seen her in, this is no exception. I must say that logic does step in and wants, desperately, to say, Oh for goodness sake, just do what you got to do! But if it were to have happened, it would end up as a short film, actually. There is plenty of action, romance, gentle humor, Louisiana beautiful scenery, good people, bad people, decent story line, great acting.? Its a pretty good movie. Nothing earth shattering or Oscar-worthy happening here, perhaps, but it is a movie Id recommend, and I enjoyed watching.
